In this 1-hour event, Kathleen Edelman will share with your audience:

An overview of the four temperaments so they can quickly identify theirs.

An introduction to the needs of each temperament.

A plan for adjusting their communication according to the temperaments of others.
This is typically formatted as a 40-minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of Q&A with Kathleen, and it's intended for large audiences (generally 25 or more people). It is ideal for groups who are not yet familiar with the temperaments framework or the content in the 6-session I Said This, You Heard That study.

The I Said This, You Heard That® (1.0) Training: An Introduction to the Four Temperaments
In this 2-hour or 3-hour session, Kathleen Edelman will teach you:

How to identify your wiring and the wiring of others.

How your wiring affects the words you say and hear.

Which words you need to hear to be the best version of you.

Which words you can say to bring out the best in others.
This training includes an overview of the four temperaments, an assessment to help you identify your temperament, and practical tools to improve your communication with everyone you meet. Both the 2- and 3-hour options include time for Q&A with Kathleen. The 3-hour option additionally includes time to break into small groups for extra discussion specific to your team dynamics.
This training is ideal for groups just starting to learn the temperaments framework. Previous completion of the 6-session I Said This, You Heard That study is not required.
